Nutmeg is a spice from the nutmeg tree, which is native to several indonesian island. The indonesian nutmeg is said to have the best quality and is well known around the world.

We collect our nutmeg from East Indonesia Many of our farmers trees are over

50 years old

New trees are planted to preserve the environment. Harvest will take place 7-9 years after planting when the fruit has the right colour. The flesh of the fruit is directly removed during picking and the nutmeg seed is extracted.

Nutmeg has a warm spicy aroma and flavour and can be used in sweet and savoury cooking. It is used to flavour a host of cakes, puddings, custard &soup
